How to Speed up an Android Smartphone

Image
By Parth Makadiya Android smartphones are found almost everywhere, and they range from low to high end smartphones. All of them will slow down with time; this is why it's important to maintain your smartphone's smoothness by following the few easy-to-do steps mentioned in this article. Note: The path for the settings in the steps might vary depending on your smartphone model and android version. 1 Update your smartphone firmware . The firmwares fix some lag, bug, and other issues that you may not be aware of. Such issues crop up with reasonable frequency, so updating regularly will ensure the best performance for your phone. Ad 2 Reset your Android phone . Resetting erases everything and brings your phone back to its original, "as new" condition. This is a temporary option, because as you use your phone again, it will lag as it used to do. Back up your contacts, memos, and any important information (such as saved passwords in brows...

How to Run Kali Linux on Android using Linux Deploy

Image
Kali  Linux  on  any  Android  Phone  or  Tablet Getting Kali Linux to run on ARM hardware has been a major goal for us since day one. So far, we’ve built  native  images for the Samsung Chromebook, Odroid U2, Raspberry Pi, RK3306, Galaxy Note 10.1, CuBox, Efika MX, and BeagleBone Black to name a few. This however does not mean you cannot install Kali Linux in a chroot on almost any modern device that runs Android. In fact, the developers of  Linux Deploy  have made it extremely easy to get any number of Linux distributions installed in a chroot environment using a simple GUI builder. Patience to wait for a distribution to bootstrap from the network. CONFIGURING LINUX DEPLOY FOR KALI There’s actually very little to be done to get Kali insta...

Kali Linux Dual Boot with Windows

Image
By Parth Makadiya Installing Kali alongside a Windows installation can be quite useful. However, you need to exercise caution during the setup process. First, make sure that you’ve backed up any important data on your Windows installation. Since you’ll be modifying your hard drive, you’ll want to store this backup on external media. Once you’ve completed the backup, we recommend you peruse Kali Linux Hard Disk Install , which explains the normal procedure for a basic Kali install. In our example, we will be installing Kali Linux alongside an installation of Windows 7, which is currently taking up 100% of the disk space in our computer. We will start by resizing our current Windows partition to occupy less space and then proceed to install Kali Linux in the newly-created empty partition. Download Kali Linux  and either burn the ISO to DVD, or  prepare a USB stick with Kali linux Live  as the installation medium. If you do not have a DVD or USB port on your computer...

Image
#htc one m8 We go hands-on with the HTC One M8 We’ll leave the Desire series for another article as we’ll be focusing on the One M8 today.
